Qualification for Maharashtra Anganwadi Recruitment 2025
The remuneration for Anganwadi workers is established at Rs 13,000, while Madatnis receive Rs 7,500. To be eligible for the roles of Anganwadi Sevak and Madatnis, applicants must have completed at least the 12th grade from the State Board of Education or an equivalent institution. In cases where a candidate has not passed the Higher Secondary Final Examination (Std. 12th) but has successfully completed the Mukta Vidyapithachi degree examination, their scores will be assessed based on the merit of that degree.
Candidates are required to submit the necessary documents and certificates to validate their educational qualifications, including a certified copy of their credentials. When creating the selection list, it is crucial that candidates have completed the 12th grade, along with any higher education qualifications such as a Degree, Post Graduate, B.Ed, D.Ed, MSCIT, or a certificate confirming the completion of a computer examination (MSCIT) from a government-recognized institution, or a certificate of completion of a government-approved computer course, based on the marks obtained in these qualifications.
For candidates who are widows or orphans, it is necessary to include the merit list (mark list) from all relevant examinations and training in accordance with established procedures. Failure to provide this documentation will result in the loss of merits associated with this process. Additionally, candidates residing in the Municipal Council/Nagar Panchayat area where the positions of Sevak and Madatnis are available will be considered eligible.
Age Limit for Maharashtra Anganwadi Recruitment 2025
The age criteria for widow candidates stipulate a minimum of 18 years and a maximum of 35 years as of the date of the advertisement, with an allowance for candidates up to 40 years old, as verified by a School Leaving Certificate or a 10th-grade certificate.
Affidavit Sample (A): It is compulsory to submit the Affidavit with the application, a requirement that also extends to unmarried female candidates. The Anganwadi center has designated an Anganwadi maid and helper, ensuring that more than 50% of the children enrolled are proficient in a language other than Marathi (such as Urdu or Hindi) and have a grasp of the local language (both literate and illiterate candidates are welcome). Candidates must have completed at least the 10th grade or higher, with Marathi included as a subject.
For female candidates who are widows or orphans, it is crucial to provide a relevant certificate from an authorized authority. Since the position of Anganwadi employee is limited to one, applicants must be residents of the local area. In line with Central Government regulations, there will be no provisions for the replacement of Anganwadi workers.
