Bihar Anganwadi Recruitment 2025: The Bihar Anganwadi Supervisor Recruitment 2025 is being conducted by the Integrated Child Development Services (ICDS) under the Social Welfare Department of Bihar. The position available is for Lady Supervisor, with a total of 33 vacancies. Only women residing in West Champaran are eligible to apply, and a minimum educational qualification of 10th grade is required.

Reservation for Disability Candidates – Bihar Anganwadi 2025

The positions available under horizontal reservation for differently abled candidates who are dependents of freedom fighters (a certificate from the appropriate authority is required) for the aforementioned roles are outlined below:

  1. Deaf and hearing-impaired individuals (DD): Grandson or granddaughter of a freedom fighter.
  2. The applicant must be an Indian citizen.
  3. The applicant must be exclusively a female Anganwadi worker.

Educational Qualification for Bihar Anganwadi Recruitment 2025

The minimum educational requirement is the completion of matriculation or an equivalent qualification. When calculating the percentage of marks obtained in the matriculation examination, only the marks from compulsory and optional subjects will be considered; marks from additional subjects will not be included. Candidates must have a minimum of 10 years of service as of January 1st of the selection year. Each candidate will receive 10 marks for 10 years of continuous service, with an additional mark awarded for each subsequent completed year of service. Appointment of Bihar Anganwadi Sevika 2025

The District Level Selection Committee will evaluate the applications submitted for the 25% vacant positions of Bihar Anganwadi Sevika and will compile a merit list of candidates categorized according to the reservation rules as follows.

Candidates will receive 10 marks for each completed year of continuous service, up to a maximum of 10 years, with an additional 1 mark awarded for each year of service beyond that. This evaluation will only consider the duration for which an honorarium has been received. Bihar Anganwadi Sevikas who have been honored with a National Award will receive an additional 10 marks, while those with a State Award will receive an extra 5 marks.

Regarding educational qualifications, candidates will be awarded bonus marks based on their performance in higher examinations: 10 marks for first division, 5 marks for second division, and 3 marks for third division. The final merit list will be determined by the total marks accumulated through these criteria, and appointments will be made for the highest-scoring candidates in accordance with the available positions and reservation categories. In cases where candidates have identical merit scores, the older candidate will be prioritized.
