Training Institute of Nagaland Home Guard Recruitment 2025

The Central Training Institute for Home Guards, Civil Defence, and the State Disaster Response Force serves as the foundation of the Department and is situated in Toluvi, Dimapur. This institute offers fundamental training for personnel in Home Guards, Civil Defence, and SDRF, along with various disaster management and Civil Defence training programs for different stakeholders. According to Government Notification No.CON-1/G/26/10 issued on January 20, 2020, the Central Training Institute has been officially designated as the training center for private security personnel under the Private Security Agency Regulation Act, 2005 (PSARA).

The Department operates across eight districts: Kohima, Dimapur, Mokokchung, Wokha, Zunheboto, Tuensang, Phek, and Mon.
