Upon the successful submission of the application via the online RTE-PARADARSHI portal, the parent in question is required to visit the office of the Block Education Officer (BEO). This visit should be made with all necessary original documents in hard copy, accompanied by two sets of self-attested photocopies of all pertinent records, as well as two passport-sized photographs of the child. The visit must occur on the date specified by the Directorate of Education, as outlined in the circular for the academic year 2025-26.
