Benefits of TN Anganwadi Recruitment 2025

Auxiliary Nurse Midwives (ANMs) and Anganwadi Workers (AWWs/AWHs) in Tamil Nadu benefit from various service schemes and initiatives. One significant provision is the compassionate appointment policy, which provides support during tragic events, specifically when an employee of an Anganwadi Center dies while in service. In such cases, the Government intervenes to grant a compassionate appointment to the legal heir of the deceased, thereby offering a measure of stability and support to the grieving family.

Additionally, during a conference held on November 21, 2009, the Honorable Chief Minister announced further benefits for those working in Noon Meal Centers and Integrated Child Development Services (ICDS). Following this announcement, directives have been issued to implement these benefits, thereby enhancing support and recognition for the dedicated individuals involved in these essential community services.
